How may the Northern California Concierge Association help you make and preserve a better community for all?

Nobody loves this city more than the 150-plus professional, dedicated Concierge of the Northern California Concierge Association. We are committed to providing not only the best possible service to our guests, but the best possible service to our community. Ongoing donations of funds, goods and personal time are provided to a variety of beneficiaries through the generosity of our members and our hotels; we also volunteer assistance to events and fund raising activities sponsored by numerous charitable organizations.

The membership of the NCCA is grateful to be given the chance to give something back, to effect positive change in people’s lives, and to assist those who strive for a better Bay Area. NCCA members are encouraged to suggest organizations that they believe would benefit from our involvement.

Through past and continuing direct involvement by association members, our community has seen a variety of benefits:

• Hundreds of articles of new clothing have been donated to the Project Homeless Connect program; helping the San Francisco homeless community.

• Recycled cellular telephones, pre-programmed to dial 911, have been donated to help women in crisis.

• Suitcases were collected and donated to children who were taken out of troubled homes and put into foster care; these children often had no other way to carry their own clothes and toys.

• Donations to Toys for Tots have brightened the lives of children all year long.

• Tons of non-perishable food has been donated to the San Francisco Food Bank.

• Monetary donations have been made to the Tenderloin AIDS Resource Center, the Building Arts for Kids program, Child Protective Services, Walden House, the San Francisco Night Ministry and Friends of the Urban Forest.

• A description of what your organization does and who benefits from your involvement;
• Any important and relevant currently scheduled event dates;
