The Northern California Concierge Association (NCCA) started in 1985 when the first concierges of San Francisco got together in their living rooms to share common experiences and recommendations. With the support of local San Franciscans such as Mr. Cyril Magnin, the members had great opportunities to learn about the wonders of the City by the Bay. The NCCA has evolved over the years and grown tremendously, but we still strive to support our community, and promote the highest quality of guest service.
