NORTHERN CALIFORNIA CONCIERGE ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES RETURN OF POPULAR CONCIERGE TRADE SHOW
San Francisco, January 15, 2007- After a one year hiatus, The Northern California Concierge Association (NCCA) has announced plans to host its fourth annual Concierge Trade Show, Tuesday April 10, 2007 at the Nikko Hotel in San Francisco. The event has grown to be the largest networking events for the hospitality industry in Northern California. The Concierge Trade Show brings together concierge, hotel sales managers, meeting planners, tour guides, and other guest service professionals to meet with vendors that provide goods and services to the hospitality and tourism industry. The range of exhibitors will include tour, travel, neighborhood/nearby community associations, wineries, and every other imaginable vendor that caters to the needs of the number one industry in the San Francisco Bay Area: Tourism.
Eric Edenfield, original founder of the Concierge Trade Show, comments, “We knew the show was well received, but we had no idea of the popularity of the gathering until we took a hiatus from the show in 2006. The outpouring of requests from industry leaders that we bring back the Trade Show was enormous. It is an ideal opportunity for vendors to personally interact with the hospitality community, while presenting new or established goods and services. The recent rebound of the tourist industry in our area has added an even greater emphasis on vendors getting the word out about their products to the folks who are recommending them to our area’s visitors.”
Space in the Concierge Trade Show is limited and sells out quickly each year. Registration materials are available by submitting a request to conciergetradeshow@gmail.com the deadline for registration forms is Feb. 5th, 2007. Proceeds from the Concierge Trade Show will benefit Project Homeless Connect, Friends of the Urban Forrest and numerous other local charities.
The Northern California Concierge Association is a non-profit organization that works to foster the professional development of concierges in the hotel industry by promoting tourism and the highest standards of service for hotel guests.
